You are welcome to view, print, and use our content for personal or internal informational purposes, including reading our website, viewing emails we send you, and drawing on insights from our content within your own organisation.

Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, republish, redistribute, syndicate, scrape, frame, mirror, sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit any content, nor remove or alter any proprietary notice, attribution, watermark, or branding. If you are a customer of Marchantech under a separate written agreement (such as a Customer Terms of Service, master services agreement, subscription agreement, or order form — a "Commercial Agreement") that agreement governs the services we provide to you under it. These Terms of Use continue to apply to any of our content you access outside the scope of your Commercial Agreement, such as our public website or marketing communications. Where there is any conflict between these Terms of Use and your Commercial Agreement, the Commercial Agreement prevails.

We may send you emails, including alerts you have subscribed to, product or company updates, and automated notifications relating to corporate actions or market events. To stop receiving any of our communications, write to contact@marchantech.com and we will remove your address from the relevant lists. Some of our emails are generated automatically and their sending address is not actively monitored, so for anything that needs a personal response please write to the same contact address.

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies (required for the site to function) and analytics cookies (helping us understand how the site is used and improve it over time). You can control cookies through your browser settings; restricting them may limit certain functionality. We process personal data, including any email address you provide for subscriptions and contact details you share with us, in accordance with applicable data protection law including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the "GDPR"). We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, together with the version number and effective date. We will not generally notify you individually of changes, so please check the published version periodically. Continuing to access our website or content after the effective date of an update means you accept the updated Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of Denmark. Any such dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts sitting in Copenhagen.
